About us

Pilipinas Teleserv is one of the biggest success stories among Philippine contact centers.

We began operations in June 2000 with a novel solution for then National Statistics Office (NSO). This flagship project boosted the productivity of the NSO and opened many doors for us to serve the government as well as partner with private corporations for customer support, technical helpdesk, and social media management services. We have 24-years’ experience providing intelligent business solutions and aftersales support through various customer touchpoints for different industries such as banking and finance, telecommunications, food and retail, healthcare, information technology, government services, and automotive transport.

Our offices are near the country’s top universities and highly accessible to multi-modal transport alternatives. We employ over a thousand customer care officers, supervisors, and managers and we are looking for more to join our growing team.
