Tahche was founded on the dream of representing and matching exceptionally capable Filipino talents with global partners in need of a reliable off-site workforce.
Kicking off at its home office in Cebu in December 2012, Tahche hit the ground running with only 10 core members. Within a little over a decade, Tahche broke records with the number of associates ballooning to an all-time high of 180 in 2018.
In less than a year, Tahche went from having one client to ending 2013 with 10. This rapid growth allowed the company to diversify, creating four specialized services: General Drafting, Surveying, Telecommunications, and Architecture, catering to clients across different industries.
By 2017, Tahche moved into its first office at The Greenery in Cebu City. Centrally located, this modern office housed 50 full-time employees, including an in-house Finance Controller.
Fast forward to 2022, Tahche entered another growth phase, moving into a bigger, state-of-the-art office in Ayala Center Cebu Tower. With an increasing number of goal-driven team members and an enhanced workspace, the company continues to push boundaries, delivering innovative solutions to help clients build their dream teams.
