Job Description

Purpose of Role: As a Talent Partner you will be supporting the TP related projects roll-out. You will represent the TP team to candidates and stakeholders and be responsible in ensuring they have an outstanding experience. In this role, you will utilize your media savvy skills to post on social media sites and utilize data analytics mindset to help support the business in making talent decisions. You will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, boundless resilience and agile mindset that will promote best practices and solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end talent acquisition process from sourcing of candidates, assessing of candidates, endorsing to hiring managers to onboarding
  • Pro-actively source candidates for key roles and manage talent pools
  • Oversee interview process with candidates and hiring managers
  • Create and extend offer within reward principles
  • Manage external partnership (agencies, diversity recruitment partners)
  • Ensure quality of the job description
  • Provide necessary data to support the hiring managers make talent decisions
  • Update and generate Workday data and reports
  • Develop and execute the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion talent acquisition strategy

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor Degree required
  • 5-7 years of full cycle recruiting experience, including external sourcing and in-house talent pipelining required. Consumer goods experience a plus.
  • Experience applying a variety of sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, building preferred supplier lists, recruitment advertising, web tools etc.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Solutions/Systems to manage both a process but effectively mine as a talent database, ie. LinkedIn, Workday.
  • Impeccable business partnering skills.
  • Demonstrated capability to design, create, and communicate strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional customer service, stakeholder management, and candidate relationship skills.
