Job Description
- Records information about crops, such as pesticide use, yields, or costs.
- Repairs and maintains mechanical equipments.
- Identify plants, pests, and weeds to determine the selection and application of pesticides and fertilizers.
- Repairs farm buildings, fences, and other structures.
- Directs and monitors the work of casual and seasonal help during planting and harvesting.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the immediate head.

Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in farm working
- With experience in helping with the day-to-day tasks and long projects in the farm
