The Operations Assistant provides clerical and administrative assistance to the Tenant Relations Manager/Officer in the conduct of day-to-day activities of the Tenant Relations.


Educational and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Computer literate and with above average communication skills both oral and written.
  • Must be customer-service oriented.
  • Willing to work during weekends, holidays and shifting schedules.
  • Willing to be assigned in SM City Manila
