Job Description

The HR Jr. Business Partner is a key member of the HR Department of My Offshore Team, primarily responsible for functions in various employee service and talent experience facets.

  • Serve as a support to the HR’s first line of contact for employees
  • Serve as the intermediating body between the clients & CDM

Key Functions

Employee Relations

  • Communicate and guide Clients in handling employee issues
  • Work with the HR Operations Team in producing documentation
  • Client Relations Management
  • Handle Client inquiries, escalations, and projects
  • Handle and cascade Employee grievances
  • Coordinate with the Client Delivery Manager & Recruitment Team
  • Performance Management
  • Handle performance evaluation discussions, coaching & PIP sessions
  • Administration of scheduled performance evaluation
  • Execute Employee movements, transfers, separations
  • Employee Engagement
  • Conduct end-to-end Employee Engagement activities based on the Company & Client requirements
  • Aid in sustaining Employee engagement through reviews, surveys, and benchmarking studies
  • Aid in Staff retention strategies and execution
  • Onboarding Activities
  • Co-facilitate in onboarding activities with People Ops Supervisor
  • Ensure transition of new team members with Clients run smoothly
  • Stakeholder Communication & Management
  • Work with the Internal Business Support Team
  • Ensure that internal employee & client concerns are cascaded to appropriate departments
  • Ensure strict compliance to Company’s policies and procedures
  • Reports & Records Management
  • Ensure on-time and complete updates on Employees’ records, monitoring, logs, and HR documentation

Experience

1 to 3 years’ experience in the field of HR/Talent Experience/ Employee Engagement

Shift Schedule: Morning Shift 7AM to 4PM

Work Set-up: Onsite (Makati) but willing to go to Alabang Site
